Investor Protection Guidelines
To protect the investors from unauthorized schemes/frauds due to impersonation, please follow these guidelines carefully:
- Pay the RA service fees exclusively to Research Analyst (RAs) registered name bank account. For example, if I am registered as Research Analyst "Kaushik Ghosh PROPRIETOR OF The Trading Circle" with SEBI, ensure that your Research Services fees are directed solely to "The Trading Circle" bank account and nowhere else.
- Always request email communications from the RA's registered email ID listed on the SEBI website under Research Analysts.
- Be sure to inform Research Analysts about any suspicious accounts.

Exchange Investor Awareness
Further, as a part of investor awareness and cautioning public at large, the Exchange is publishing and updating all issued press releases on its website under ‘Media coverage and Press releases issued to caution investors' heading.
